Avoiding the rain showers!

Looking out on the garden I can see it's just loving all that rain. But I would love to be able to sit outside and enjoy the blooms. June has ended up being the wettest month ever recorded. There is no doubt that the garden is flourishing though.

But while sitting here enjoying the view I decided I might venture out in the few sunny moments to take some pictures. But felt I was being looked at.
This bull looked pretty powerful, especially when I had is undivided attention,:))))

Arrrghh he's just after a tasty leaf or two.
The garden has an abundance of blooms.
I love the Roses.

I love these for baskets.
Notice how they all seem to be PINK :)

Here is the finished Matchbox for the swap I took part in - see flikr.
It was sent to serendipity-werx - hope she got it ok.

Those roses are beautiful!

I imagine it was very disconcerting to see that bull's eyes staring back at you!! Glad he didn't do anything else.

That matchbox is adorable.

Hi Ginny,
Wow, you must live deep in the countryside to have HIM as a neighbour!! Hope he didn't eat your lovely roses!
I love the little statue that you photographed too.

Your matchbox is beautiful - clever you - I wonder what you placed inside?...

Lets hope July will be a dryer month - It surely can't be any wetter!!

Hi Ginny,

Yes, the gardens are nice and abundant thanks to all the rain! I grew up with cows and a bull at the bottom of our garden - now we have the neighbour's chickens and horses!

I love your bashful lady, she looks beautiful!

Gorgeous PINK roses and flowers - you can never have too much pink in the garden!

Your swap matchbox is beautiful. I love the detail on the fairy. If you were a fan of Victoria magazine, then check my site for some exciting news. I've read blogs where people have talked about the magazine... just can't remember 'who'.

I've just found your blog, and I'm so sorry not to have seen you before!! I love all things pink, too! Your little matchbox is too wonderful for words. I've no idea about making and sharing them. I would love to learn, though. Love your roses...:)

Your bull was cute to see~over the fence! Your garden flowers are just gorgeous. I love all the pink. My British neighbors here on vacation learned their town of Chesterfield was flooded from the rain right after they came over last week. Your matchbox is just gorgeous!
