An English Garden
I am so thrilled to be returning to the Larmer Gardens near Salisbury on May Day for a lovely Brocante fair. I will be selling my beloved textiles, quilts, French linens and a number of decorative items for the home that I have collected over the years on my many trips to France.
I have to say that aside from this wonderful Brocante fair it cannot go unnoticed that the venue is absolutely stunning.
With Peacocks wandering around you feet, to an open air theatre and beautiful buildings surrounded by equally beautiful gardens the venue alone is worth the visit but with so many wonderful stall holders selling all kinds of Borcante I can't wait to explore it all again .... Yes .... I know ...I've come to sell ..... 🙄
Nothing sweeter than freshly washed vintage durham quilts and cushions.

Spring is in the air and my first fair of the year.
Everything is coming up Roses this season, firstly I was totally spoilt with Roses this valentines.
Opening up my cupboards and searching out stock for my next fair I realise that roses r us, they are everywhere.
I'm looking forward to my first fair of the season with Vintage Bazaar Events in Devizes, South England, and I will be taking along many beautiful fabrics, linens and quilts that I have collected over the years. I particularly love roses and have a few quilts and fabrics with a rosey theme, one being this beauty.
A beautiful Welsh collectors piece, gorgeous fabric and hand quilting incorporating hearts and leaves, cross hatching and much more. Most likely a marriage quilt and a quilt that was truly cherished as it is in excellent condition.
Need to sort out some more roses.
